I don't think its like that....these guys were offering me a price without even viewing it...would someone give them a call and report back to the forum what is happening....If its legit.....I'd have a go??

Go ahead and call them and sell your house to them. Then report back so we can enter you in the 'mug of the year' competition. I can see now why fraudsters are in this business as it must be a never ending line of mugs wanting to give them money.
  • I think you are missing the point....it would be difficult for me to sell as I have tenants and don't want to disrupt things...

    I
  • I don't want 50 people viewing whilst they are still there....and equally don't want to shift them out in case it don't sell....i'd have lost two good residents...
  • Maybe theres a letting type company on here that would give me a fair price for it??

It has rental income of £1200 per month....I have been running it against a £180 mortgage....but haven't the time to be dealing with it all....

You can't have your cake and eat it I'm afraid.

Even if you did sell to those guys, they would still want to visit the property which would inconvenience the tenants. Then after the sale the company would just kick the tenants out anyway, probably after treating them badly.

If you do wish to sell it's best to do so with vacant possession, for which you would need to serve notice on your tenants, unless you wish to sell to another landlord.
*Assuming you're in England or Wales.
  • Which is part of the reason I put it on here...I have approached a couple of landlords round here....but they came up with ridiculous prices without even seeing it....and they were flipping rude too??

I have a number if anyone wants to check it out for me....08762 462224....I spoke to a guy called Henri....from a Newport Roundabout...

I have the telephone number of a girl called Cheri who offers all kinds of personal services. I found hers in a Basingstoke toilet.

I'm sure she does 'quick relief of burdensome property' jobs as one of these.

So, I'll check out Henri, if you check Cheri first, and we'll go from there, though there may be a small fee involved. ;)
  • I've met her....she wasn't interested in the property....

I think she was French ...she didn't have many clothes on....and it was lunchtime. If I was honest....I think she fancied me!!
