From 1st April F-U have changed their tariffs. I was on iSave v14 which was consistently showing as a good tariff for my usage on comparison sites.

They have abolished that tariff and put me on iSave Everyday.

I ran that through the comparison site and it showed me a £600 per year saving with the the F-U iSave Fixed May 2015.

What happened to "they must always put you on the cheapest tariff"?

I called them today and they have agreed to switch me to that tariff, effective from 1st May, which I have to tolerate as I had allowed the 1st April to pass by. If I had spotted it last week I could have changed straightway.

If you are on F-U - check what they have done to you.
