Which debit card to use in Europe?

Because I had my cash stolen when on holiday last year I am going to take minimum euros when I go to Europe and make all my purchases using my Nationwide select credit card, if possible.
If I do require cash I have a choice of a Nationwide FlexDirect debit card, a Halifax Reward debit card or a BoS Vantage debit card.
What card will have the least charges and the best exchange rate of the 3 for withdrawing cash from an ATM?
