Email the CEO on philip.clarke@uk.tesco.com BE POLITE! Tell him the problem & what you would like done but be realistic in your expectations!
Don't be all emotional & "he said-she said" & stuff, just stick to the facts - what should have happened, how they failed & what you would like them to do, works everytime - IF YOU ARE REALISTIC!0 -

Just to manage to OP's expectations, such mails will ultimately end up at the 'executive office' - a team who deal with complaints sent to the exec board. (DOn't know for sure, but probably a team sat with the wider customer service team)0 -
I would be quick, I hear that their Chief Accountant has thrown his toys out of the cot and spat his dummy out!

Why 'be quick'? You think a £70bn / year company is just going to disappear based on reports the CFO is stepping down?0 -

Is the complaint about broadband? I didn't even know that Tesco did broadband!0 -

If it's that serious, I'd be inclined to write an old fashioned letter rather than send an e-mail.

I've used the Tesco Customer Services 'contact us' website messaging service before now (at the bottom of this page)
http://www.tesco.com/help/contact/
and received a good and prompt response via e-mail, but that was for a pretty minor complaint.0 -

Exactly. I can imagine it'll be someone like the people approved by MSE on these boards who deal with companies complaints.
The email the CEO thing is so common these days there's no way it'll get anywhere near an 'executive office' as you say. Just intercepted by someone who's good with spin!0
