Smart parking at asda - help needed please

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me here. My mum had a fine last month and I said not to pay it but she did it anyway but I appealed for her at the same time but they didn't reply until today - a month later.

Anyway they said to reply with your name and address so they can give my mum a refund but the email address said do not reply to it but I can't find any other suitable email address to send her address to. I tried the do not reply email but it bounced back.

I googled the company but there wasn't any useable email address. There was an info one where businesses could write to. Then I tried to do the online pcn form but because the ticket was over a month ago and it has been paid it's not on the system anymore so I can't even proceed with an online form....

Help! I want to be able to get a refund for my mum but looks like they're making it difficult to do that. :/

Any help would be appreciated, thank you

Well obviously stop taking this so seriously, it was never a fine and we are always gobsmacked when people actually get their debit cards out when they get a FAKE parking fine from a private firm!

Print the email out - the one talking about a refund - and march into the Asda and get them to sort out the refund this week, IMMEDIATELY or you will never shop there again (be assertive but polite). Take your receipts from recent weeks (any) and ONLY speak to the Store manager and tell them how disgusted you are about this scam. I am amazed your Mum didn't just complain at the time if she was an Asda customer - would you also pay a trolley collector if they fined you £60 for not parking the trolley straight when you returned it? We know most of these arrive by post but what possesses anyone to think that's a 'fine' is beyond me.

Sorry to post a bit harshly - but Mum needs to wise up on life and scams. It's quite clearly a matter for Asda to sort out. Why would people just pay this piece of paper, why would anyone think a Supermarket can 'fine' a customer? Not only that, Smart parking are so easy to beat on appeal they roll over and cancel easily.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
