May I say, that the guys in this shop are wonderful!
I have just had a nightmare of a week, and the help and support they (especially Dean) gave me, has been great.
I recently changed my mobile broadband out of contract £10 month sim, to a 4G sim, which had to be with EE rather than T Mobile.
I received my first bill a few days later from EE, followed by a bill for a staggering £6684.12 bill from T Mobile. I immediately contacted T Mobile by phone and was advised that this was correct!!!!!
Anyway to cut a long story short. I went into my local store in Leigh and met Dean. He made me feel at ease and dealt with Customer Services for me. Today I have heard that there was a System Issue, and I should get the bill cancelled in the next few days.:A
Thankfully I can sleep again, Again Many Thanks to Dean, for his reassurance and calming words.
