Bagable Website: Kipling Bag Refund

I've dealt with Bagable through their website and eBay store recently. Service and delivery are second to none. But I'm having a dreadful time getting a refund.

Has anyone else experienced the same? I'm currently waiting for the owner to call me back but don't hold out much hope.

Edit: After phoning yet again and speaking to the lady in the shop...she is a star...got my refund.

  • I have the same awful experience. The owner had no further action after promised for a refund, including not replying mail. He only refunded me after I filed dispute on paypal twice. So if you paid via paypal you can file a dispute if the owner didn't contact you for maybe a week.
