I'm on live chat at the moment. They're raising a query and will get back to me today or tomorrow, about the zero balance and why all the cards weren't delivered.0

I have just spoken to Viking direct and she checked and has told me they forgot to add the credit to the card. She took the card details and the credit will be added in the next couple of hours.0

Viking just told me that its a security thing and the credit will be loaded within 24hrs of receipt!0

How will Viking know when the card has actually arrived with the customer though?
I have today received one card out of three. It has a 0 balance.

Gosh I wouldn't even have thought of going online to check if they had the £10 on. Just checked both of mine and they also have a zero balance. I can understand why they would wait a day or two before they load on the balance in case they went missing enroute. I'll check my cards again tomorrow and check back to this thread to see how others are getting on with it. Update - Just received a voicemail from Viking, they have contacted the vendor, and have been told by them they only do 1 movement of funds onto cards within 24hrs of us receiving them, as others have already said.
Viking seemed very apologetic for credit not appearing on cards straightaway, and advised it should appear late tomorrow/Sat latest. Leaving a name and number to contact if any further problems.
I am very impressed with Viking for their Customer Service! Well done them.0
