Viking one4all gift cards

I received 1 of 3 cards today, but it has £0 balance. Anyone else have this?

I have received all 3 of my cards today, all with Zero Balance, currently on live chat with Viking, who are contacting the supplier, once they get back to me i will update.

Mine too - all 3 cards inactive & with zero balance. I would not have checked unless I saw this so thanks OP.

I am on hold with OneForAll (who for some reason go by the name The Gift Card Company when you phone up) and I am trying to explain to some woman that Viking have told me to call them as the gift cards come from OFA. Now, OFA have just told me that Viking are not LICENSED TO SELL these gift cards, as they are only sold in two places - the Post Office, and OneForAll's website.


I have just spoken to the supervisor at OFA, who's name is Robbie Bernie (contact number 0035318708100 - based in Ireland) and he is chasing this up for me. Meanwhile I am going to phone Viking and shout their balls off.

Just spoken to Viking who are looking into the problem and will contact me later today. Suggest everyone in the same boat calls them and leaves a contact number too. I called 0844 412 3435 and got through immediately.

I just went onto Viking live chat but they have to refer it to a different department - promised to contact me back within 6h.

I have just checked all 3 of mine and they all have a balance of £10. I hope everyone who has a problem gets it sorted - that is not good:(
