loading bay parking ticket.

I parked my 7.5 tonne lorry in a loading bay in leicester town centre (ok i did nip into a shop for myself), when i returned i had recieved a ticket for parking without loading, observation time was on 5 minutes. I have tried explaining that i was doing a collection round the corner, the manager took a few minutes to find the goods and we use a hand held scanner that the customer signs, but they want proof of delivery. I have read else where that they have to prove i wasnt delivering rather that the other way round. Any advice please.

I take it you mean a ticket issued by a council warden , not a parking enforcement company....Ex forum ambassador

You need to take this over to PePiPoo where they have a specialist 'Council Tickets' section.
You will need to upload scans/photos of both sides of any documentation you have received from the warden and/or council. Look at other threads there to see how others have presented these in new threads.
