Sofa from Harveys terrible terrible stay away my sofa was delivered and was damage had drive note it and sign that it was damage, then they couldnt fit second peice through the front room door so in end decided to put it over fence. Phone on Tuesday 12th November phoned to get repair waited 4 weeks someone came photographed damage and said someone will come to repair, waited weeks then thorough the post we had a piece of fabric now what to we have to repair our self!
Called again and in end told have a new replacement sofa. Well today 2/4/14 told deliver time 11-2. Took day off work unpaid And then at 2.1do called saying 1.5 hours behind got here in the end and then these drivers where not willing to put it over fence so no new sofa delivered so have to pay full price for damage sofa I do not think so. On the phone again all could do is say can a windows be removed NO I said so told can have 50% off but the quality of sofa is not the best it will not last very long and when you pay a lot of money why should you put up with it the case contiues but not sure what to do except 50% off or start again feeling stressed .x

Harveys' furniture is very disappointing in its quality. The seat cushions quickly lost their firmness and you just sink into them.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0
