Westin Gourmet problems......

Hi there,
I ordered about £30 worth of various meats from Westin Gourmet about 2 weeks ago, the delivery date was the 26th March.
The 26th came and went and no delivery, I contacted them a few days ago to ask where the delivery was.
They advised me that the delivery company Citi-Link attempted delivery on the 26th and 27th. I know this not to be the case as I was in all day on the 26th and no-card was left. I was in for the morning and afternoon of the 27th and no card was left on that day either.
I asked if they would be sending another batch or issuing a refund, they said neither, as it was fresh food. They said the driver couldn't leave a card because he couldn't gain access. I live in a flat with a security door.
Do I have any way of getting my money back?
