Eurostar & American Express

I have recently booked a holiday through Eurostar on my Amex PCB Everyday.


I was expecting a £4 charge for using a credit card, but the cash back would be much more than that so was still worth it.


However the £4 fee has not been taken with the rest of the payment.


Does anybody if this is because they take it at a random later date? Forgot to take it? Or, I know some Amex cards have perks with Eurostar, so is the fee waived on all Amex cards as part of this agreement?

I think its supposed to be waived on the Platinum charge card, maybe it was a mistake? It could be that the same Bin is used (first 4 to 6 digits) on the cash back card as the Platinum uses.

Thanks, yeah googled the first 4 digits and it comes up as just Amex Platinum so maybe your right.
