Please help I've ordered something from Dealz2U/Hotpicks, they took my money from my debit card, after about 20 emails they replied and said the item was not in stock for 25 days, they asked me to reply if by email if I wanted a refund, I have sent them 4 emails today asking them to confirm they are going to refund my bank account, and as of yet no response, I'm at my wits ends, this was my second transaction on my card as I've never had one before, and I'm scared that I have been duped

No postal address that I can see on the site anywhere. Distinct smell of scam to me.

As cookie365 said there's no contact address on the website. The address on the Domain Registration is actually that of The Works who are a legitimate, reputable company and have nothing to do with this website.

Another site is also hosted on the same server: Bargaindealz.co.uk

They are based in Portugal. The registrant, Paradise Living Unipessoal Lda, have run other websites none of which ever appear to deliver anything. Here's one:

It's a definite scam website from which you are extremely unlikely to receive either your goods or your money. You need to do a chargeback on your debit card. Read this MSE guide for details:

Thank you so much for your help, I just can't believe it, I know you hear of people getting duped but never think its going to happen to you!!! I'm on benefits (due to ongoing health problems) so never had a bank account, but had money owing to me, so opened an account for the first time in 25 years, this was the second order I did, and I did it for a friend and said to her don't worry I will do it on my card for a change (used her card if I needed anything). I have been in contact with Santander and they are sending the relevant forms out to me, I'm hoping they will give me money back but not sure how it works. So so upset feel physically sick, a bit dramatic I know
But once again thank you ever so much0 -

The same thing has happened to me. I paid £57.00 with my debit card was was told item would be in stock in 25 days but I cannot get in touch by phone or email. I phoned bank and was told I could fill in form to try and claim money back. Have you had any contact from this scam website? I cannot understand how it is still online!!
