Wrong Car Colour on PCN

I was given this parking ticket and advised by the warden who issued it that I can challenge the ticket as he incorrectly listed the car as blue when it is green. Is this correct?

Fortunately for you we can't see the "P" drive on your computer, you will need to upload the image to a file sharing site (after redacting your personal/vehicle details).

Apologies - modified the post when I realised it would not copy the PCN onto the screen. The PCN was issued by London Borough of Waltham Forest.0

No, colour is not a statutory requirement for a pcn. It's persuasive that the CEO is not that observant, but alone not grounds for cancellation.0
