PPI Claim - Correct procedure confirmation

Hi,
Just starting the process of claiming back some PPI from my overdraft. I am following the step-by-step guide on this site (not allowed to post links as I am a new user) and just want to confirm something.
I have filled in my initial claim via the form which I found using the link (Barclays) at the bottom of Step 3. Is that everything I need to do for now? I am assuming the form I filled in trumps the questionnaire form (provided by the ombudsman) it suggests using?
Sorry if that is confusing, just wanted to check so I don't sit back and wait for a response having failed to do everything I need to.
Cheers in advance for any help/pointers.

The method you submit your complaint does not matter. It is down to personal preference. If you have submitted the complaint direct to Barclays via their website then that is all you need to do.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
