Payday Express have logged 2 defaults

on my credit file and date of default is listed as 03/10/2011 on both.

Don't get me wrong, I did have a payday loan with them, and I have no problem admitting that, yes I did default, but it was all paid back in February 2011.

Last month it only said MEM consumer finance, and when I googled them it came up with Payday UK, so I emailed and got a response, confirming all paid in Feb 2011.

This month it has changed to Payday Express on my credit report.

I have logged a dispute with the credit ref agency and have also e-mailed MEM and Payday Express.

Why have they done this? over 12 months on from when my last payday loan was cleared.
Debt free as of 7.20am on 31st December 2012.

Wow. Feels great :j

Do both entries show a zero balance and are they marked as satisfied/settled?

What is the date of last update for the entries?

    Very odd.

If you don't get a timely response from the companies, best follow up in writing and get proof of posting.

Not that I remember, but that was back in 2011 when I cleared it.

I have had a response stating they are going to clear it off, straight away and mark as settled.
