Hillingdon Parking Sign conflict

I received a parking ticket a few months ago from Hillingdon council for parking on a yellow line between the hours of 1pm and 2pm (around Eastbury Road). At the time I immediately challenged the ticket as the local yellow line signs showed that you couldn't park between 6.30pm-Midnight and Midnight-8am any day.
I just received a rejection of my appeal as they said the local signs showed that I couldn't park between 1 and 2pm.
After double checking all my facts I entered a CPZ with signs showing mon-fri 1-2pm. But these clearly conflict with the yellow line signs. I'm wondering if anyone knows if I'm justified in continuing to challenge the ticket or is it a lost battle?
Thanks!

Most tickets are won on appeal but not at this stage where Councils are happy to routinely turn down appeals and dangle the carrot of the stupid discount bribe.

Depends where you parked in Eastbury Rd There is a boundary between 2 zones near Carew Rd. North of here is 1-2pm restriction (with no timeplates on SYL), whereas south is 8am-6.30pm (with timeplates )0

It was north of that boundary, although there were several signs for the yellow lines which did not state this time period whatsoever. The only point at which they are mentioned is on the CPZ entry signs.0 -
In CPZ's single yellow lines do not require timeplates, unless there are different restriction times to those on the CPZ entry signs.0
