Ok, a few years ago I became unemployed due to sickness and claimed on the payment protection insurance I had taken out. They paid it for 6 months (I was off and claiming ESA for Depression for about a year).
I was told at the beginning of making this claim that they would pay the full amount over a 12 month period. They however stopped paying me halfway through. I'm just wondering if there is any way I could get them to pay the rest like they were supposed to and any subsequent charges and interest as a result?

I was supposed to respond to something at the time, but my mental state was all over the place. I was homeless for a while during this period aswell and didnt get around to doing it. I expect that I wont be able to get anything from this and that it is my own stupid fault. But was just wondering.0
