BT Business Broadband Arrrrgggghhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!

I have been 'on hold' or waiting for an answer from BT for almost 8 hours in total over the past 2 weeks.

Broadband in my office stopped working on 19th June and I reported it for the first time on that day.

I have spoken to around 15 different people and still do not have the problem solved.

Every time I get through I have to go through the whole problem again.

I FEEL LIKE SCREAMING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

You might be better to post on the telephones board ,under internet,they have the contacts!!
I know what you mean though,i spent 3 hours on one call.
