Has anyone had dealings with full financial review from swansea and also credit clear services in dorset please.

    And then avoid them some more. They will charge you for doing what you can perfectly well do yourself.

    Avoid ALL CMC's cherry please! All they do is pass on the information YOU give them to the company, when you can do it perfectly well yourself. I have numerous friends who are kicking themselves after going through CMC's for their claims and paying a small fortune for it. They're even more annoyed by the fact that I've reclaimed (and won) 4 PPI claims and every single penny has come back to me. The outcome to your claim(s) will be no different as they'll only go on the evidence you provide whether it comes from you or the CMC. Good luck!

    Avoid. They have appeared on multiple sites and media reports with reports of dodgy dealings.

    I believe Credit Clear Services Ltd is currently being investigated by the Claims Management Regulator under regulation 35 of The Compensation (Claims Management Services) Regulations 2006.
