I'm confused.com which isn't difficult for me.
On my reward current account I don't have an overdraft. I have just read the terms and conditions and it mentions and overdraft buffer of £50 which states no planned or unplanned overdraft fees will be charged if I'm in debit by £50 or less.
Now I have an awful memory and have on a couple of occasions ended up being £10-20 overdrawn because I forget something is coming out. I have always payed the money straight in when I check my account each morning and have happily paid the charges I've been given as it was my fault. Reading these terms though should I have been charged at all?

I believe the buffer was raised from £10 to £50 in May last year. Are you talking about recent charges to your account or looking over some old ones?0

Can anyone help? Does this buffer only apply if you have an authorised overdraft?:jFriends are like fabric you can never have enough:j0

Are you absolutely certain you have the Reward account (ie you are receiving the fivers in the months you don't overdraw and you meet the account T&Cs)? Their standard current account has only a £10 buffer.

You wouldn't be receiving the fivers anyway if you go overdrawn.0
