    It's the customer service that I have an issue with. Bmw is supposed to be a premium brand. If they make a mistake in the design they should fix it for all customers. This timing belt issue is the latest in a series of design flaws.
    If I buy a premium brand I expect it to be well designed and built otherwise why spend the extra money?
    I haven't decided what my next car is but it won't be another beemer.
