Working Tax Credit

We have claimed for working tax credit for last two years but told we are not eligible joint salary 41000 and 1 child.
However our salary has changed in 12/13 due to being on maternity leave 30,000 approx. and has again changed from nov 13. I have gone back to work husband has finished work to care for our son. So living on just my salary of 24350 per annum. Does anyone think we may now be eligible for working tax credit. Its very confusing. Any advice would be appreciated
