Sky and their phantom charges!

Had my bill from Sky today and noticed an additional £17 added onto my bill. After further investigation they have charged me for 4 box office films - Captain Phillips, Skyfall (twice!) and Fast Five whatever that is!
I received a voucher last month saying that because it was the oscar season I could download and watch one of the oscar nominated films for free - so we did watch Captain Phllips. It said in the voucher just to watch it and they would credit that to our account.
Well there is no credit and we have not watched the other 2 films (or Skyfall twice!). My box is pin protected and only i know the number. I am 100% confident that no one else in the household has watched these films.
Phoned them and was firstly told that the offer for Captain Phillips expired in December! Well hello it wasn't even out then and the Oscar's were last month so why would they send me a voucher about it in December? I was told that I need to find the voucher and phone back so they can confirm the offer as they have never heard of it!
Regarding the other phantom purchases, she said that because I purchased them on the box and didn't ring up to do it there was nothing they could do?!?!
After pushing further was told that I could write in and complain if I wanted and gave me the complaints department address but there was no way she could refund me and none of her colleagues could either.
I am seriously cheesed off - I already give Sky £90 a month for the full package, HD, and multi room - and now they are charging me for things I haven't even used!
What can/should I do? Threaten to cancel?

Don't pay if you don't owe them!
Cancelling will harden their heart as far as chasing you for unpaid bills goes, so unless you are happy to cancel take another route.
Write and dispute the bill, asking them not to take the money until the dispute is resolved and submit a formal complaint, and take it from their reply.0 -

They have already taken via DD unfortunately
Writing to them sounds like such a long winded faff! Do they not have a number to call and complain?0 -
Unless you make it a formal complaint and create a paper chain you will get frustrated with them over the phone!
And if you are prepared to take this all the way if their reply is unsatisfactory, then you will need hard copies to send to the adjudicator/courts etc.0
