Had a letter about my ESA says phone , on the letter it gives 2 phone numbers. Rang in both but says no longer taking voice calls. Is there a new number to ring !!!

Don't worry if you are not able to phone, it is only to expalin the process to you. Everything will still go ahead, whether or not you make the phone call. The nice people here will answer any questions you have about the migration process.0
