    So back on topic....

Quarterly regional data is also out.

    +12% YoY for Aberdeen. :)

First Aberdeen wins the Scottish Cup and now this...strongest riser YOY in Scotland.

Is there anybody left not groin thrusting and fist pumping in Aberdeen streets today??
Don't blame me, I voted Remain.

I propose we settle this up now. If you PM me your address I'll send you a bag of Haribo as way of making good any hurt feelings.

No deal. But I'd settle for a bag of peanut M&Ms.:)

The single question mark thing is a convention of press releases right?

    Is that genuinely the reason?

Aussies do that upward inflection thing at the end of sentences to make a statement sound like a question and I assume it's because they aren't confident enough just to come out with a statement, they want some affirmation.

damn you, every post since this one I have been reading in my mind but still adding the "upward inflection" thing...damn, even that one....and that....ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Interesting that you spelling and grammar hawks haven't picked up the real reason for the lack of a closing quotation yet. ;)

Evidence of prices moderating makes all the fuss about bubbles look a little frantic.

Notice that there wasn't a mention of Help to Buy? 15 months of straight rises and yet the words 'Help to Buy' weren't even in the public domain 12 months ago.

Over on the forum hpc.co.uk this news has them riled. They are planning to support UKIP big time as they now blame the foreigners and think less of them will start a long awaited hpc.
