Help!! Case is going to court

in Reclaim bank & credit card charges
Hi everyone-help please. I am trying to reclaim my daughter's bank charges and have followed Martin's tips all the way. Unfortunately LTSB have defended the claim and it is now with Brighton County Court. Does anyone have any experience on what happens next? We don't have a court date yet, simply a letter stating we have 14 days to withdraw-which we won't do. Any help would be appreciated
