You cannot PM any company rep, they have an e-mail contact in their profile.

If exec complaints are unable or unwilling to sort it then surely a complaint to the ombudsman is the way to go as this must clearly show the corporate incompetence of NPower and cast doubt on their fitness to hold a licence..

I agree with all you say but the problem is the complaint procedure will no doubt take weeks/months but it's not going to solve the problem that I have now of npower having the wrong details and trying to take excess money from me.
    Waddle you do eh?

I've gone to the profile and I cannot see any e-mail contact details.

There is a section headed 'Contact' but that just says ''nPower company representative has no contact information.''

  • I have had terrible problems with npower constantly putting up my direct debit, then refusing to refund the money when I left.

Their head of customer service is called Pam Andrew pam.andrew@npower.com if you want to raise the matter with her directly.
