CSA Payments by both parents...

Thanks for the comments. I know for a fact that she doesnt contribute any money and so far this year she has visited the children twice. I think each case should be taken on merit and not applied across the board.
If you read my message I originally stated that i fully accept that i should be paying CSA and even arranged it myself so that I could ensure the right amount was being paid. What I do dispute is that my children dont see her very often and dont recieve any financial benefit from her. They will grow up wondering why she didnt do either and I think that will effect them later in life. The CSA, Social Services and the courts all seem oblivious to this but they are quite happy to take her opinion when she makes up allegations against me. I feel there is an unfair bias against the the fathers in the decision making process.0 -
Just as your children may grow up wondering why their mother never bothered much with them, they will grow up knowing their father did the right thing and contributed financially towards their upbringing and saw them on a regular basis.
Im not sure I understand how the CSA is being bias. Both you and their mother should be contributing but unless their mother or grandparents put a claim in via the CSA then it will be just you. No one can force the grandparents to open a claim.0
