Good morning padders my pad today is £21£1towards my emergency fund and £20 in £2 coins towards my club bill ....but i have taken £55 out of my emergency fund sooo....... club bill is paid off - yay !! And my emergency fund is now £66 so glad it went on something worthwhile

Feeling abit fed up.
Our investment property, which due to negative equity we have been unable to sell for 7 years (and is the cause of our debt problem) is going to complete the sale next week.....bad news is we thought we had enough to fund the costs, but due to 10% of proceeds being held back by IRS til we can do a tax return at end of year, we have to shell out approx £1,200! :eek:
So debt will increase AGAIN!!!!
Guess we will just have to treat the held back ammount as a savings fund, until we get it back.
So feeling a little blue today.....:(A Payment A Day keeps the debts at bay
