Buying a car with a credit card?

Hello all, newbie here!
I am planning on buying a car by paying half in cash and putting the other half on a 0% purchases card for 12 months. My question is whether there is a way of paying for a private purchase with credit card? I know that 0% deals do not cover cash withdrawals, but is there a way of transferring cash from a credit card into someone's bank account e.g. internet transfer?
Essentially I want to avoid a) paying out the cost all in one go and losing a whacking lump of cash and b) paying any interest!
Any replies are very welcome, Thanks!
