Has anyone had any joy recovering ppi from forthwright finance, if so how far back can you claim. I believe the ppi was named lifecare sometime ago.... any takers please.

Now there is a blast from the past ! hey were based in Wales and did 100%/110% LTV second charges well before First Plus jumped on that marker. The answer is that you probably went through a broker and this would have been well before regulation (Jan 2005) so no chance of a claim. My old accountant used to work there and one of my old office staff !Has anyone had any joy recovering ppi from forthwright finance, if so how far back can you claim.
