Groupon Refusing to Refund for Missing Item

On the 14th March I notified Groupon of a shortfall on my delivery.

The original listing was for Scruffs Ranger Faux-Suede Pet Beds Large the listing advised that this offer was available until April and options showed that three large beds could be purchased for £59.98. However once the option was selected this changed to two large beds which I still continued to purchase.

Only one has arrived and now I'm being told that they can't send out the missing bed as it's no longer available, that I can't have a credit on my account and then purchase another bed as you can only complete an offer once, and I can't have a refund unless I return the item? Trying to explain I can't return something I never had is unbelievable.

30 emails later and 15 days I'm not getting anywhere they owe me either my money back or need to send me the missing item.

Does anyone have any experience in dealing with them or any suggestions. I don't want to accept Groupon Credits as I really don't want to deal with these people again. I've asked for the Omnibus details but they just ignore me, and keep asking for the item back!

    Are they not saying that you can return the one that you did receive for a full refund?

    I hope not as they are offering £35 as Groupon Credit on receipt of the Item.
