Privilege insurance

Multiple phone calls last week to sort out my non fault claim, arranged engineer to come this morning (not sure why - quote from garage was <£500).

No engineer appeared and multiple calls (and multiple requests for "security questions") it appears said engineer

a) didn't know
b) didn't read his e-mail
c) wasn't in the area.

They wanted to rearrange to "sometime tomorrow" - I have told them it is 0800 and I requested compensation for this morning - they offered £50, unlikely to get any more even though could have working....

Interesting to see if they turn up tomorrow!
