Barclaycard no debt - what's the story?

Dear All,
This question must have been asked before but I can't find an answer. I've had a Barclaycard for 30 years or more. Never, as far as I can remember, in debt and paid the balance every month. Therefore I thought no ppi claim was possible. But is that true? Have I been paying ppi without knowing it?
I also have a Santander Zero card for overseas use (as recommended by MSE). Same true for this one too?
I'm loathe to go to a claims company for the follow up calls; I'd like to keep off their databases if possible.
If this has been answered elsewhere please can someone point me in the right direction.
Thanks,
Sam.

Normally, PPI is paid on the outstanding balance that is not repaid within the interest free period. There are some rare exceptions with some providers though.
However, you have your statements. Not us. So, you are in a much better position to tell.I also have a Santander Zero card for overseas use (as recommended by MSE). Same true for this one too?
Look at your statements.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only.
