Whoever comes up with a solution for men going bald will make himself a millionaire.

Why is it only men that seem to go bald ?

Women can suffer from thining hair as well but they dont go totally bald like men do. If a woman has a hairloss problem then they will do their upmost to disguise it usually. Men have a more severe problem because they produce higher levels of testosterone which reacts with the hair folicles.
Men wearing wigs and hairpieces is not a good look as you can tell. It s double standards but it is acceptable for a woman to have extensions etc .
Tell your husband to shave his head full stop. He doesnt want to become a laughing stock by wearing a wig.Look at Elton John with all his money its still obvious he is wearing a wig.
  • for men it's not a big deal as many celebrities would look horibble with some hair on.

He would perhaps be better of getting his GP to refer him to a trichologist (according to wiki its a branch of dermatology). At least then he would be getting good and personal advice and why him and practical options.
