Callcredit - Electoral Roll update error

I have never been asked for ID either. Perhaps I've just been lucky (In that one aspect at least!).

RE CallCredit, just looked at my emails and seen I've now sent them 3 online disputes and 14 emails since February 17th, all including my confirmation letter and they have point blank refused to update my ER information. Incompetent at best!

It is in their interests to provide incorrect information. As you can't trust their records whenever you want a mortgage or loan you have little choice but to cough up your hard earned cash to check what mistakes they have made. If they got it right all the time then people would have no need to do that. They should be very strictly regulated.

You wont do yet. This is because they update their report info mid month so although the data may well be live with call credit currently, if your free report happens to fall/be checked just before they update their records, you will have to wait another month before you can see whether your info was updated. The way they update is not stated thoroughly yet should be.

I am waiting until mid month to check my Noddle report knowing that they do this, checking now would show last months data not this months. It's a mess.
