Prize - there is one prize consisting of:

• Flights:
  • A round trip ticket to the United States for the winner and one (1) companion (aged 18 or over), including:
    • Return economy class flights to (winner can choose between the following destinations) (i) Seattle WA; or (ii) Portland OR; or (iii) San Francisco CA; or (iv) Los Angeles CA, from a major international airport either in London, England or Frankfurt, Germany, with US Airways, Delta Airlines, American Airlines or United Airlines.
  • The winner is responsible for paying for all additional expenses, including transportation to and from their departure airport and all incidental expenses incurred.
  • The winner and their companion are responsible for any charges levied by the carrier in respect of baggage.
  • All travel on flights is subject to the carrier's general conditions of carriage for passengers and baggage and the notice and conditions of contract contained on each ticket or itinerary. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure compliance with these.
• Gift Card:
  • One $2,000.00 U.S. dollar MasterCard Gift card to use as the winner chooses (for dining, car rental, etc.). Please note the winner will be required to comply with MasterCard's Ts&Cs.
• Travel Card:
  • $2,000.00 U.S. dollars' worth of Best Western Travel Cards for the winner's hotel accommodation in the United States. The winner must book a hotel rate which accepts payment by Best Western travel card. Internet-only and deep discounted pre-paid rates cannot be booked by Best Western travel card. It is the winner's responsibility to check directly with each hotel they choose to book with for their payment policy.
• All elements of the Prize must be taken by 30 April 2015.
• These terms and conditions apply to the Competition winner and to their companion.
• The prize cannot be split and the winner must be one of the persons travelling.
• The winner and their companion are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports and any visas or other relevant travel documentation required for entry into the United States. Where relevant, winner and companion must also obtain any inoculations that may be required. Any associated cost(s) incurred must be borne by the winner and his/her travelling companion.
• The winner and their companion must each hold adequate travel insurance cover suitable for the holiday.
• Prize elements are non-changeable and non-transferrable. No cash or credit alternatives are offered.
