TSB payments being declined

Five times this morning I've tried to send money online to someone from one of my TSB accounts and five times it's been declined and my online banking access blocked.
After going through anti-fraud questions four times, after the fifth time (with the adviser still on the line) I was told it was "technical problems" because other people were starting to report the same.
Has anyone else experienced this problem today?

Made lots of payments in and out of TSB between 10 and 11 today, no problems experienced.0

I had problems yesterday. I set up a standing order on one new Plus account ok but my access got suspended when setting up a standing order on the second one. I got it unlocked and was told that the standing order would go through if I did it again, but I got suspended again.
I didn't bother to phone them up to get the suspension lifted and instead went into the branch and they set up the standing order for me.
Today I tried to log in and it allowed me to.0 -
My GF had a Lloyds payment declined today when paying off our Glastonbury tickets...got a text through from them asking to confirm it was her making the payment followed by a thankyou from their fraud team for letting them know.
Perhaps a new fraud detection system in place that's a little too sensitive?0
