  • That is absolutely fine :), its horses for courses really
(It is however not a case of handing over credit card information or paypal information just to make that clear as no paypal or credit card information is see as is the case with all secure payment processing in the UK)

Ok, so in the Newbies sticky thread (the first post), there is a template appeal letter. Add your details to that and send it off to Euro Car Parks.

They will reject it, but they will give you a POPLA code. This is where we hammer them. Once you have that code, look at the POPLA templates (follow the 'How to win at POPLA' link in the 3rd post of the Newbie sticky thread). Again, customise and submit.

Please feel free to post all of your appeal letters on here before you submit them so that we can have a look and give you any feedback.

Thanks, but being a complete novice to this I find that thread a bit daunting, I really need someone to explain it to be in plain and simple English at this stage.

That is plain and simple English. Just follow down to the template.

You are right OP, £90 is outrageous, especially as they have suffered little to no loss, and that is why they are losing so many cases in the County Courts, greed.

I am sure that if they settled for £15-£30 they would get far more takers, but they will not listen to me.
