Speeding Fine, Can I appeal?

I was caught doing 58 in 30 zone. The picture enclosed is a little fuzzy and as I have an identical twin (and we share the car) can I appeal the court case arguing it could have been either one of us?

As you don't appear to have been fined, then you can't appeal against something you didn't get.

Yes but you'll need to prove it was your identical twin in their identical car in a parallel universe.
