Yesterday was the last day of my contract before compulsory redundancy, I've had no reply to my emails asking when redundancy pay will be paid out, can anyone tell me if there is a time period by which they have to have paid it? (Organisation hasn't gone bankrupt or anything, it's a council making cuts)

Some just do it in the next payroll run it is fairly normal
Councils no idea but would make sense to reduce costs0
