PPC referred to wrong car park

Hi Folks,
I found this to be an extremely helpful forum :T.
This is my first post ! :hello:
Long story short ;
I received a PCN on a free retail park.
I mistakenly replied to the PPC pleading innocence (before I found your forum)
PPC sent me a rejection letter.
I am going to appeal through POPLA.
I have genuine grounds for appeal and am citing ;
1. signage not compliant with BPA CoP
2. charge not a gpeol
3. no authority to enforce charges
4. charge is punitive and unreasonable
I noticed the PPC referred to a car park located many miles away in their rejection letter and not the one I was parked at but the PCN was correct. Can this be another arrow in my quiver?
Thanks to everyone in particular 'Coupon-Mad' who deserves a special mention for being so proactive on here.
I have deliberately kept my details vague as I have yet to submit the details to POPLA.

Add it as point 5 but in all likelihood POPLA will stop reading once they see point 2 and award you a win.
Which PPC are we talking about ?"The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." - Dante Alighieri0 -
You only need one arrow in your quiver Robin of Loxley, the losses arrow, however if you need a couple of spares the contract and sign arrows will do you well, the wrong address arrow will not fly.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

The 'wrong car park address' arrow will fly if they send the wrong details to POPLA so if this was me I wouldn't include it now, just wait until you get sent their 'evidence' and if they've sent the wrong map then you can email POPLA to point it out as the final nail in the coffin.PRIVATE 'PCN'? I won my appeal against UKPC Limited :j:T
The reasons for the assessors determination was that the PPC did not provide any evidence in support of his PCN.
Thanks to all especially to 'Coupon-mad', a very helpful and active soul:beer:...If you were in the North West I'd buy you a drink!0 -

Ah coupon-mad although a south east girl too, my husband would be quite happy of someone else bought me a drink. Coupon, if everyone who owed you a drink bought you one, you'd have alcoholic poisoning and hubby would be beside himself!Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Please start a new thread, as against hijacking someone else's, then read the Newbies post at the very top of the forum.
Thanks0
