Complain to the bank that the payemnt was unauthorised and demand that they reverse it. Don't take no for an answer. The bank MUST do that. The complain to cash genie telling them that if they try to take any more you will be taking them to the FOS and reporting them to the FCA.

New Bank Information? New card or New account?

Was the payment taken by card or Direct Debit?

There is more to this than you are telling us. There is no way for Cash Genie - or Joe Bloggs - to get ALL the details necessary to remove money from your account.

I would guess, that at some point safire has applied for another payday loan or via a broker for a loan, with their new details.

That company is from the same group as Cash Genie and therefore have the new details.

We have seen similar threads on here before, with the same situation.

Safire, if you are/or have been applying for other credit, while on DMP, then you are in danger of having that DMP thrown out as it is against the T&C's of a DMP to apply for further credit.

1.2 In June 2014, AHL reported to the FCA upon three matters that raised serious concerns as
to whether customers had been treated fairly: (a) a systems weakness and other matters
that may have allowed unauthorised charges to be applied to AHL customers' accounts; (b)
potential misuse of banking information provided to affiliated websites to repay outstanding
debts of existing AHL customers who are in arrears; and (c) a number of issues in relation
to the refinancing (I.e. rolling over) of customers' loans.
