Comparison sites
Options
Hi, first post!
Why is it that when I do a comparison search for gas and elec it says I will save but ALL the tariffs cost more?
Currently with first utility for both gas and elec and pay by monthly DD on iSave March 14 tariff approx 65 on elec and 85 on gas.
Why are these websites allowed to misinform people, every tariff will make my payments go up but they say I will save £300+ pounds?
Every tariff costs more for the day charge and the units used?
When you click compare current tariff detail it is there to see it will cost me more, but headline still says I will save????
What is going on? Am I the only one experiencing this?
Dave

Because the March 2014 tariff ends March 2014. You [STRIKE]will be[/STRIKE]were bumped onto the variable i Save Everday tariff April 1 unless you cho[STRIKE]o[/STRIKE]se a new fix. And that tariff is that much more expensive on your sort of use. They do suggest an alternative FU tariff as still being one of the cheapest.0

Your comparison is against today's price not the price that it was one two or three years ago on your existing contract .0
