Cheapest timber in West Midlands?

I need to build a picket fence to stop my dog destroying my borders in my garden. I live in the Dudley area of the West Midlands and wondered if anybody could recommend a cheap supplier of timber.
The length of the fence will be about 15m and 2" high in total and I have been quoted £200 on ebay to have the fence built for me inclusive of a gate and delivery which is pretty reasonable to be fair. I wondered if I could do it myself cheaper though.
