Reclaiming ppi

Options
Hi folks! My ex-wife arranged a loan for me but it was only ever her signature that appeared on credit agreement, it was too late to cancel ppi when i finally realised i or she had been sold it, payments were made from our then joint account, after separating the repayments were made in full by myself. Can i claim compensation even though my name does not appear on agreement? I have statements to prove i paid, i fear she may have made a claim, how can i find out? Thanks:(

You can't "claim compensation" at all.
If you were named as the account holder you could complain about mis-selling. As it is, you can't do anything (including checking whether your ex has already made a complaint).
  • Thanks moneyineptitude,,,,i meant to say claim for mis-sold ppi
