this is my first post. I would be grateful for some advice. my wife and I run a sole trader company which is in her name. we don't have a business account as we use a deposit account for payments in.
I use my personal credit card to buy materials in the company's name. my question is if items are covered under section 75 if they are over £100 as normal.

To give 'section 75' its full title, it's 'Section 75 of The Consumer Credit Act 1974'.
As you are talking about business purchases, section 75 offers no cover.0
