Has anybody else had trouble getting in contact with Utility first, i wish now i didn't change to them
1st they set up a dd for £160 they didn't even keep me informed of what was going on i tried to get in touch with them regarding my D D, i had to cancel it because it ment i was paying £300 for my energy bills (would have been to Different companies)
i sent them several emails, got no response, i rang them it said i was 60 in the que i think not. i did manage to get hold of them.
I set up a another D D for 160 a couple of days later i get an email saying my D D date had change from the 17 to the 7 of the month, they haven't said if the amount had been changed
i have tried ringing them tonight i was 96 in the que, i hung on and on and on for 22 mins only to get to 50 it was taking 1/2 mins to get to the next in line.
i think it will be worth it paying the exit fees and calling it a day with this company :mad::mad:
